Roxann Mudry, LMSW

As a Clinical Therapist I have several years experience in the field of substance use disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I utilize a variety of trauma-informed, mindfulness, and evidence-based models of therapy based on my clients individual needs.

I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual and that there is no one treatment modality that fits all people. I recognize that there are many pathways to healing. I feel passionate about helping others to identify and break through barriers to gain renewed perspectives. My approach is strengths-based, person centered, and draws upon the self-determination of my clients to identify and achieve their most desired outcome.

-Matthew Cremin, LMSW

I believe in fostering honesty, acceptance, and transparency when creating a therapeutic relationship.  I strive to meet my clients where they are to make sustainable progress on their goals.

I operate based upon a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.  I have experience working with substance use disorders, anxiety and depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. As a member of the lgbtqia+ community, I have first-hand experience with issues around sexuality and gender expression. I also have extensive experience working with older adults and issues around aging.

I draw upon the strengths and preferences of my clients to address the reasons they are seeking therapy. I have experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. I look forward to working with you on achieving your goals!

-Tanya McCune, LLMSW

Throughout life we face unexpected situations and scenarios that we are emotionally unprepared to manage. Making the choice to engage in therapy can assist you in developing the skills needed to manage these surprise obstacles.

Whether you are learning to manage thoughts and emotions, or working to process trauma, deciding to begin therapy can be difficult – even frightening. Not only are you going through changes emotionally, physically, or both, but you are now faced with finding a stranger to discuss your most intimate thoughts with. My hope is to assist you in surpassing those fears by providing a safe and collaborative environment where you are able to recognize and honor your empowerment.

I am passionate about helping to empower others to achieve their goals, and my areas of experience include building and fostering healthy relationships, managing anxiety, phase of life concerns, and concerns surrounding sexuality and gender. I recognize the importance of healthy communication, and my goal as your counselor is to provide guidance as you navigate life’s changes, while assisting you to recognize your strengths.

-Chelsea Pingston, LMSW

Whether you’re considering therapy for the first time or looking for a new clinician, you have already taken a step towards creating positive change.

My goal as a Therapist is to provide an inviting and supportive environment for you to discuss your family, relationships, or personal concerns. I believe that everyone has value and deserves a beautiful life. Each of us has a story we tell ourselves about who we are as a person. Because we derive meaning from our stories, they shape and influence how we perceive and respond to the world around us.

By utilizing both a client-centered and narrative approach to therapy, my goal is to help clients feel more empowered in their daily lives. I have extensive experience working with individuals that have loved ones struggling with severe mental illness. In addition, I have several years experience working with teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, societal stress, and challenging life transitions. I look forward to helping you embark on your new journey through hope and healing.

-Darin Szczotka, LLMSW

Everyone’s experiences in life are unique to their journey. Times of adversity, stress, anxiety, and depression can be signals for growth. Thomas Edison once said, “When you have exhausted all possibilities, remember this: you haven’t.” I admire your courage and strength to seek out new possibilities, outcomes, and insights.

As a Therapist, I operate from the belief that the individual holds the key to their future. My approach is strengths-based, promoting self-exploration, and personal empowerment through the examination of one’s inherent resilience. With a passion for mental health and substance use disorders, I utilize a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed models of therapy. I look forward to working with you to cultivate your inner strength using a unique set of tools tailored specifically to help you reach your desired outcome and build a future of fulfillment.

-Patresa Schweitzer, LLMSW

Most recently prior to joining this practice, I served those receiving end-of-life care and their families as a hospice social worker. My passion lies in normalizing and supporting those who are navigating grief. From a holistic perspective, I incorporate a sensitive, inclusive, culturally diverse, and trauma-responsive approach.

I trust that every individual has or at some point will feel the impact of love & heartbreak, complex interpersonal & family dynamic challenges, direct & intergenerational trauma, substance use disorder & recovery, mental & physical illness, loss, grief, and death. As a clinical therapist, my approach prioritizes creating a non-judgmental, strength-based, person-centered environment that allows you to feel safe and empowered.

I believe that you are the expert on your life and your experiences, and hold ultimate responsibility for your healing. Therapy is a collaborative part of the healing journey. If you have the willingness to grow, I’m committed to helping you navigate this process.  I promise you are not alone.
