Roxann Mudry, LMSW

As a clinical therapist, I have extensive experience in the field of substance use disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I utilize a variety of trauma-informed, mindfulness, and evidence-based models of therapy based on my clients individual needs.
I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual and that there is no one treatment modality that fits all people. I recognize that there are many pathways to healing. I feel passionate about helping others to identify and break through barriers to gain renewed perspectives. My approach is strengths-based, person centered, and draws upon the self-determination of my clients to identify and achieve their most desired outcome.

“Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if it is first brought out into the open”. -Steven Atchinson
There is power in having someone to shamelessly confide in and process the difficult moments in life, and I am committed to providing a safe and open environment while taking the journey alongside you toward mental wellbeing.
My professional experience includes navigating mood disorders, crisis management, family dynamics, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and coping with a loved one with a disability.
My approach to therapy is not a one size fits all. I utilize evidence-based practices while incorporating a holistic approach emphasizing the impact and intersect of the mind/body connection. Together we can establish a working model that fits best for your goals and needs.
McKenna Wright, LLMSW

centered on creating a space where you feel safe, encouraged, heard, and supported.
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to meet you where you are. Using evidence based practices and talk therapy, together we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while working toward healing and personal growth.
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about discovering them together and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
